BALFOUR Peacefully on Tuesday October 17, 2017 at Brookfield Nursing Home Carnoustie, Nessie, much loved wife of the late Jim, mum of Norma and gran to Joan, Gavin and Laura. As it was her long held wish, her remains have been donated to medical science, and therefore no funeral of memorial service announcement will be made.
