DUNCAN Peacefully, at Craighead Nursing Home, Newport- on-Tay, on January 4, 2018, Margaret, aged 96 years (late of Cupar), loved sister of the late William Watson (Bill) Duncan, and Jessie Lyall, and dear aunt of Guthrie, Margaret and Gail.
