MACKENZIE Simon and family wish to extend their sincere gratitude to all relatives and friends for the many kind expressions of sympathy and support they have received in the sad loss of Tina; a special thanks to all the staff of Crieff Hospital for their care; thanks also to the Rev. Iain Paton and the Rev.
