KENNEDY After a short illness, Francis Milne F. I. C. E., known as Frank, passed away at home, on the Friday, August 10, 2018, beloved husband of Irene, a much loved Dad of Grant, Calum and Jackie and a loving grandad to Flynn, Meg, Ross, Bonnie, Ben, Annie and Alfie. A celebration of Frank's life will be held later this year.
