BELCHER Peacefully, after a long illness, borne with great courage and dignity, at St Andrews Community Hospital, on Wednesday, September 5, 2018, Norris, aged 80 (travelled the world with his family as a structural engineer), dearly beloved husband of Helen, much loved dad of David, Yvonne, Innes and Robyn, loving grandfather and great-grandfather and a dear brother. Funeral service in Balmerino Parish Church, on Tuesday, September 18, at 11 a.m., to which all family and friends are respectfully invited. Interment thereafter, in Balmerino Cemetery, at 11.45 a.m. Family flowers only, please but donations, in lieu, if desired, may be made at the church, in aid of Ward 2, Palliative Care, St Andrews Community Hospital.
