BATCHELOR Peacefully, after a short stay in Perth Royal Infirmary, on Thursday, January 3, 2019, Francis ( Frank), aged 99 years, loving husband of the late Catherine Milne ( Wilkie), much loved dad to Mavis and Barry, father-in-law to Alison and the late Jim, grandad to Helen, Paul, Francis and Jean, great-grandad to Alice.
