BARR David, 84 (former director of P. E. at Dundee University), died on Saturday, February 16, 2019, in St Serf’s Care Home, Newport-on-Tay, dearly loved husband of Carolyn, father of Euan and Corinne, step-father of Nicky and a much loved grandfather. Service of Celebration on Tuesday, February 26, in Newport-on-Tay Church of Scotland, at 12.30 p.m. Family flowers only, please, but donations to Student Financial Aid and St Serf’s Residents’ Fund are welcome and may be made at the church

So sorry to hear about David. I remember him well when I was hockey captain and vice chair of Dundee University Sports Union. He was such a funny lovely man and all the students involved in sports respected him greatly. He also very kindly came to my 21st birthday party and my Dad's funeral. Thinking of you all.
