ROLFE Peacefully, at Roxburghe House, Dundee, on Thursday, February 28, 2019, Mervyn (Merv), C.B.E, D.L, aged 71 years (former Lord Provost of Dundee 1996- 1999), dearly beloved husband of the late Chris, also a much loved dad and grandad. Funeral service at Baxter Park Pavilion, on Saturday, March 9, at 10 a.m., to which all friends are most welcome. Interment thereafter at Birkhill Cemetery, at 11 a.m. approximately. Family flowers only, please. Donations, if desired, may be given at the pavilion in aid of Cancer Research U.K.
