MILLAR Jane passed away peacefully, at Ninewells Hospital, surrounded by family, on April 17, 2019. Service to celebrate her life will be held on Monday, May 6, at 12.30 p.m., at Sturrock, Comb & Davidson, South Road, then on to Balgay Cemetery, for 1.15 p.m. Family flowers only, please.
