GRUBB Treasured, everlasting memories of my dear dad and grandad, Alex, who died so suddenly, July 11, 1995; also my dear mum and gran, Sadie, who died February 24, 2004; and all our loved ones gone before and after. As time slips by without you, And days turn into years, They hold a million memories, And a thousand silent tears. The sudden way I lost you, Will always seem unfair, But I will always love you, I will always care. I cannot find an answer, His reason I don't know, I only know that all my life, I'll love and miss you so. It seems so strange that those we need, Those we love the best, Are just the ones God calls away, And takes them home to rest. My thoughts of you are precious, My heart with you remains, I think of you with love and pride, And often speak your name. There's a special kind of feeling, That's meant for you alone, A special place within my heart, That only you can own.
