McPHERSON Winnie and family of the late Alex (Eck) would like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for the kind expressions of sympathy, cards and flowers received during their recent sad loss; most grateful thanks to the Marie Curie and N. H. S. nurses that showed their kindness and comforting care, thanks to John Gilfillan Funeral Directors for their support and guidance throughout and to the Reverend Geoff Probert for the lovely uplifting service and thanks also to the Victoria Hotel for their excellent catering; and finally, a special thanks to all those who came together at St Serfs Church, Lochgelly, and thereafter Lochgelly Cemetery to pay their final respects to Eck and for their very generous donations of £611.69 to Marie Curie nurses.
