LOWNIE It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of James Lownie, aged 98 years (former fish merchant in Gourdon), at Chalmers Hospital, Banff, on Sunday, July 28, 2019, loving husband to Mina, who enjoyed nearly 80 years of marriage together, father to Edward (who sadly passed away in 2007), cherished granda to Jennifer and Bruce, devoted great-granda to Simon, Cameron, Jordan and Reece and great-great-granda to Olly, Sacha and Ellie Rose. Funeral service to be held in AD Walker Rest Rooms, Victoria Place, Banff, on Thursday, August 1, at 12 noon, to which all friends are respectfully invited, thereafter to Moray Crematorium Family flowers only, please.
