LAING (Laurencekirk). Peacefully, at Havencourt Care Home, Stonehaven, on Saturday, August 3, 2019, George (Geordie), aged 89 years, beloved husband of the late Margaret, dear dad to Michael and Brian, father-in-law to Jenny, loving grandfather to Jordan. Private cremation followed by a memorial service in Laurencekirk Parish Church, on Thursday, August 15, at 2 p.m., to which family and friends are respectfully invited. Family flowers only, please. Donations, if so desired, will be gratefully received at the church for Laurencekirk Lunch Club.
