FINLAY Peacefully, at Perth Royal Infirmary, on Sunday, September 8, 2019, Bill, aged 79 years, beloved husband of the late Sandra, dearly loved dad of Jackie, Janette and Graham and a much loved grandad and father-in-law. Funeral on Monday, September 16, service in Perth Crematorium at 10.30 a.m., to which all family and friends are respectfully invited.
