BROWN Suddenly, at home, on October 9, 2019, Neil, former security guard at Quakers, Cupar, beloved husband of Joyce, much loved dad of Shireen and Kevin, a loving grandfather, brother and friend to many. Service to celebrate his life to take place on Tuesday, October 22, in Dundee Crematorium at 12.30 p.m., to which all friends are respectfully invited.
