MUIR Peacefully, at Ninewells Hospital, on Thursday October 10, 2019, Ian (John), ex travel agent and JP coaches, dearly loved husband of Hilda, much loved dad of Crawford and Jacqui and adored grandad and great-grandad. No funeral as Ian has chosen to help others by donating his remains to medical science. A private memorial service will be held at a later date.

Hello Hilda and family,
Very sad to learn of Ian's passing recently. I worked with Ian at Thomas Cook in Edinburgh where I started off as office boy!! Wow stories to tell about that. I eventually moved to Thomas Cook in Dundee and met Ian once I think in Reform street. I also remember the days when he was the Scottish rep for Argentine Airlines.
All great days and lots of fun.
All the very best to you Hilda and all of the family.
