McINTOSH Unexpectedly, but peace- fully, at Ninewells Hospital, Dundee, on Thursday, October 10, 2019, Sam, aged 82 years, beloved husband of the late Helen, dearly loved dad of George, Michael, Caroline, David and Julie, a much loved grandad and great-grandad and a dear father-in-law. A service to celebrate Sam's life will be held at Perth Crematorium, on Tuesday, October 22, at 3 p.m., to which all family and friends are welcome. Family flowers only, please but, if so desired, donations may be given on leaving the Crematorium for Ward 34 Endowment Fund.
