SMITH (Anstruther) Suddenly, but peacefully, at Ninewells Hospital, Dundee, on Monday, January 20, 2020, David Smith M.B.E., aged 89 years, of St Adrian's Place, Anstruther, dearly loved husband of the late Isa Mitchell, very much loved and loving dad of Dianne, Robert and David, father-in-law of David, Alison and Michelle and a loving and devoted grandad and great-grandad. David was well known and highly respected in the fishing community, he will be sadly missed. Funeral service at Cellardyke Parish Church, on Saturday, February 1, at 10 a.m., thereafter to Anstruther Cemetery, at 11 a.m., all friends are respectfully invited. Family flowers only, please, donations if desired, may be given at the church for the R.N.L.I., and the deep sea mission.
