KOLOCZEK Peacefully, at Ninewells Hospital, on Tuesday, April 21, 2020, after short illness, John (Jak), a much loved husband of Alain (Buist), loved son of the late Joyce and John and son-in-law of Betty, a loving step-dad to Samantha and husband Alex and very much loved grandad of Jak, Elexia, Lennox and Roxanna. Family flowers only. Funeral private.
