McPHAIL Peacefully, at home, on Saturday, August 29, 2020, Frances (nee Rae), aged 58, much loved wife of Ian, loving mum of Craig and Grant, mother-in-law of Terrianne and Stefanie, Lola to Shay and Coen, aunty of Cheryl and a dear sister and sister- in-law. Due to current restrictions a private funeral will take place.
