I still cannot believe you are gone. Beautiful and smiling auntie Janie. I remember your cuddles were immensely comforting and I knew if I ever needed one you’d be there. You will be missed so much but I have wonderful memories and you’ll forever be in my heart. Much love, Jen xxx

Where to start... Totally shocked and heartbroken at the news you have passed away.. The wee midnight messages of you checking on me where the highlight of my week. Growing up you made me feel like I was a member of your family and lawyers welcomed with a smile and love and that was from the very first time Thomas invited me In,watching the wrestling and trying to stay awake was always a feast!!! Youd make hundreds of nibbles and plenty of our favourite juice. Xmas and new years back in the day were great and even though I was a crap dancer, you well showed me some moves how to boogie. You will truly be missed and never forgotten. You lit up every room with your charismatic and cheerful character and knowing you and having Thomas as my best friend has truly been one of the most amazing things to have happened to me... You are one of lives true great genuinely nice heart warming ladies and forever will be missed but never forgotten... It's not good bye but simply good night as no doubt when it's my turn you will have some classic bangers on for the xmas party. Sleep tight jane xxxxxx Tam ,nicola and the twins

I was lucky enough to get to know Jane and she became a friend to me. Every.time I went to see her she would say cup of coffee. We had some good laughs and she had such a kindness about her that she made you feel better just being in her presence. She will be missed so much.

Janie was always there for us and she wouldn't see us go without anything. You had to be careful what you said that you needed around her because for sure she would be instantly trying to buy it for you, that's just how selfless she was, she would have given her last penny to make sure we were happy. She loved her family more than anything, and she welcomed me into that family and treated me like her own. I will never forget her and the light she brought to our lives. Love you Janie

My gran

When I visited my gran in hospital she was very unwell, but that didn’t stop her laughing, joking and moaning at the doctors. When I seen her she said to me “I got a ham sandwich for my lunch, I kept it for you”. And that really summed her up. No matter how she was feeling, she was always thinking of other people and putting them first. She was the light in a dark room and she will be forever loved and missed so, so dearly.
