DUNCAN Peacefully, at Ninewells Hospital, Dundee, on November 19, 2020, William (Bill) Rae Duncan, beloved husband of the late May, much loved dad of Derek, father-in-law of Catherine, loving grandad of Carla, Ronnie, Shane, and Ryan, a dear brother of Charles and Catherine and uncle of Brian.
