BORTHWICK Suddenly, but peacefully, at home in Dundee, on Sunday, January 10, 2021, Linda (Lady Provost), aged 74, dearly beloved wife of Ian (Lord Provost), much loved mum of Amy and Ian, devoted gran of Alec, Elise, Ian and Madeleine and a loving mother-in-law, sister, sister-in-law, aunt and good friend to many. Funeral Service at Dundee Crematorium but attendance restricted, due to current guidelines.

I have known Linda since 1973 , my wife was her childhood friend in Dundee. Linda was always a happy outgoing person with never a disparaging word about anyone, She visited us in Canada almost every year and ourselves and all our friends really enjoyed her stay and she was the life of every party. We in turn spent many happy times visiting Linda and Ian in Dundee where we were made most welcome. We all were very shocked to hear of her sudden death and will miss her dearly, we extend our sincere sympathies to Ian, Amy and Ian , and their respective families. May Linda Rest In Peace , we, all our family and her many friends in Canada will miss her very much.
