LOWE Announcing the death of Andrew (Andy) Lowe, suddenly, on Tuesday, January 19, 2021. Much loved husband of Anne (nee Mulheron), father of Karen and brother of Kerry, loving father-in-law to Stuart and brother-in-law to Dennis, loved uncle, cousin, brother-in-law and a dear friend to many.
