MILNE Peacefully, at Ninewells Hospital, on Friday, February 19, 2021, Muriel Brown, dearly beloved youngest daughter of Eileen Milne and the late Bill Milne, dearly loved sister of Donald and Shirley, aunt and great-aunt and friend to many. Will be sadly missed. Funeral private due to current restrictions, memorial service will be held at later date.
