BAXTER Suddenly, but peacefully, at Roxburghe House, Dundee, on Wednesday, March 31, 2021, James (Jim) (retired Angus Constabulary and Tayside Police Officer), beloved husband of Sheila, loving father of Garry and Scott, a devoted grandfather of Keith, Fraser, Keiran, Lee and Hollie and a friend to many who will be sadly missed. A celebration of Jim's life will take place at Parkgrove Crematorium, Friockheim, but due to current restrictions will be private.
