McKELVIE Sadly, after a courageous fight, Gordon (ex Michelin), passed away at home on Wednesday, April 7, 2021, surrounded by his family, loving husband of Marjory, much loved dad of Lynne and Laura, father-in-law of Danielle and Euan, doting grandad of Cameron, son of Gordon and the late Margaret (Dempster), big brother of Val, Stephen and Helen, brother-in-law, uncle, cousin and friend to many, thanks to everyone who made it possible for Gordon to be at home. Funeral private, the cortege will leave the rest rooms of Sturrock Comb and Davidson, 135 South Road, on Friday, April 16, at approximately 12 noon and then passing Dens Park approximately 12.15 p.m., on route to the Crematorium for anyone who wishes to pay their respects.

Gordon will be sorely missed by many at Downfield Golf Club. He was a terrific member, always positive, always smiling and he had a wonderful cheeky, and sharp sense of humour. Forever making me and my staff laugh in the Pro Shop over the many years we were friends, such a terrible loss, with so much more happiness to give to others. What a guy. He helped out at all our big events, and nothing was too much trouble for "Leftie" to help with. Lots of love and condolences to Marjorie and the family at this difficult time. Kenny Hutton.
