HARPER Peacefully, at Whitehills Hospital, Forfar, on Sunday, April 11, 2021, Albert George (Bert), in his 96th year, beloved husband of the late Cathie, dearly loved father of Albert, much loved uncle and friend to many. Owing to the ongoing restrictions, a date for the funeral has not yet been set, when it has, the appropriate number of invitations will be made.
