CARNEGIE Sydney and family would like to thank doctors, nurses and all staff at Ward 4, P.R.I., for the care and kindness they gave to my dearest wife Dewnea during her final days; also the kindness shown to myself and family during that time, our gratitude also to family and friends for expressions of support through cards, letters and phone calls, it did show much comfort to us during this difficult time; I must also express my appreciations to funeral directors Strang & McLagan and the staff at Perth Crematorium and the Rev. John Murdoch for the very moving and fitting service for Dewnea. A collection was held for Ward 4, £232.80 was realised and handed over to the ward.
