McDONALD Athole Barbara and sons Athole, Fraser and Neil, would like to give a sincere thanks to all family and the many friends and neighbours who have supported them during this very sad time and over the years of Athole's long illness, a special mention must also go to all NHS Staff in Tayside and Fife for their dedication and compassion shown to Athole, of whom there are too many to mention here, the Reverend Marc Bircham for the uplifting rendition of the service at St. Matthew's Church - a fitting tribute to Athole, to friend Norma Wright for the beautiful flowers and all at James Carcary Funeral Directors for the caring and professional way they carried out our wishes; Barbara would like to give special thanks to everyone for their kind words, cards, flowers and practical help given to her and also to all who so generously donated to Kidney Research UK.
