RACIONZER (nee Shirley) Peacefully, on September 19, 2021, at Abbey House, Kirriemuir, Rosetta (Etta), much loved wife of Harry and darling mother of Shirley, Linda, Fiona and Isla, delightful grandmother and great-grandmother.
