PATERSON It is with great sadness that Amy announces the passing of her father, Dr Neil William Paterson, on Saturday, October 16, 2021, aged 67 years, partner of Sue Moody, a dear brother-in-law to Joan and a much loved family member, friend and colleague to many. The celebration of his life will be held at Dundee Crematorium, on Friday, November 5, at 4.30 p.m., to which all family and friends are invited. Family flowers only, and donations, if desired, can be made to University of Dundee Botanic Gardens in person or using https://www.justgiving.com/crowd funding/neilpaterson.

Dear Amy, Sue and Family
Neil was my friend and musical partner for many years. I was so sorry to hear of his untimely death and I miss him dearly. I have too many memories of Neil - all good, but suffice it to say, he was a good friend, brilliant musician and he possessed a fearsome intellect. I could never keep up with him but it was fun trying!
My thoughts go out to you all at this very difficult time.
