HARKINS Suddenly, but peacefully, at Ninewells Hospital, on Saturday, January 8, 2022, Billy, beloved husband of Diane, loving dad of Nicola, a much loved twin brother of John and a dear cousin. Funeral service at Dundee Crematorium, on Thursday, January 27, at 10.30 a.m., to which all friends are invited.
