COOK Very peacefully, at Blairgowrie Community Hospital, on Friday, March 25, 2022, with Shona by his side, Michael (Mike) Cook, loving and beloved husband of the late Barbara, loving and dearly loved father of Shona and the late Michael, loving and dearly loved Bampa of Euan and Kirsty, Bamps to Alice. Funeral service in Perth Crematorium, on Friday, April 8, at 10.30 a.m. No flowers at Mike's own request, but donations to Pulmonary Fibrosis and C.H.A.S., may be given at the Crematorium.
