WINTON Peacefully, at Redwood House, Broughty Ferry, on Sunday, September 11, 2022, Alexander (Alex) Winton C.B.E., aged 90, of Broughty Ferry (former Tayside Fire Master and Her Majesty's Chief Inspector of Fire Services Scotland), beloved husband of the late Jean, dearly loved dad of Gordon and Douglas, father-in-law of Margaret and Lynn, much loved grandad of Karis, Calum, Kayleigh, Christy and Sean, dear brother of Sheena and uncle of Bruce. Funeral service in Dundee Crematorium, on Tuesday, September 27, at 11.30 a.m., to which all relatives and friends are respectfully invited. Family flowers only, please, donations, if desired, for Alzheimer Scotland and The Fire Fighters Charity, will be received at the Crematorium.
