McGOWAN Suddenly, at Perth Royal Infirmary, on Saturday, November 5, 2022, Judy (nee Biggar), beloved wife of Finlay, both of The Incheoch, much loved mum of Neil and Clare, mother-in-law of Debbie, cherished granny of Tally and Angus, dear sister of Kay and the late Walter and Donald and a good friend to many. Funeral service in Perth Crematorium, on Monday, November 21, at 2 p.m., to which all family and friends are invited.
