COOPER Peacefully, surrounded by his loving family, at Roxburghe House, Dundee, on Tuesday, January 17, 2023, David (Dave) Fraser, aged 91, dearly beloved husband of the late Margaret, much loved partner of Muriel, loving dad to Fraser and the late Sandra, cherished grandad of Chris, Sarah, Fraser, Harry and Katie and a dear father-in-law, brother-in-law and uncle.
