McCRAE Betsy Peacefully, at Pitlair House Nursing Home, Bow of Fife, on Thursday, May 18, 2023, aged 103, daughter of the late Betsy and Peter Paterson, Dysart, sister of the late William and James Paterson, New Jersey, U.S.A., mother of the late Betsy Douglas and Grace Finlay, wife of the late Robert McCrae, treasured mama to her granddaughter Claire, Claire's husband George and her great-grandsons Reuben and Harry, a loved auntie Betty and cousin to her family near and far. A friend to many that knew her from Tower Terrace, Kirkcaldy and Dysart. Grateful thanks to all who took care of Betsy in the community and at Pitlair House. There will be a private interment of Betsy's cremated remains at Kingskettle Cemetery. Betsy will be laid to rest beside her daughters and great-granddaughter.
