BEATON Peacefully, after a short illness, at Victoria Hospital Kirkcaldy, on Wednesday, July 12, 2023, James (Gordon) OBE, FRICS, aged 82 years, husband to Jane, father to George, Martin and Michele, much loved grandfather to all his grandchildren, father-in-law to Claire, Nicole and Gary, respected by many. Grateful thanks to all who took care of Gordon at the Victoria Hospital, Kirkcaldy, especially the doctors and nurses in the Medical High Dependency Unit. There will be a service held at Kirkcaldy Crematorium, on Wednesday, August 9, 2023, at 11 a.m., to which all friends are cordially invited. Donations may be made to the R.N.L.I. or Diabetes U.K., there will also be a collection at the door. Family flowers only.
