CABLE Suddenly, but peacefully, at Benholm Care Home, Forfar, on Thursday, July 27, 2023, Petronella (Pat) (nee Gove), aged 96 years, beloved wife of the late Jack, mother to John, mother-in-law to Sarah, granny to Kirsty and Duncan, great-granny to Maeve, Jack and Ellie, also, sister to the late Jim Durlacher, of Bristol and Olaf Mathiassen, of Tonsberg, Norway, she will be sorely missed. Pat formerly resided at The Ha'en, South Street, then Brander Ha', before moving to Benholm and worked for many years in Saddler's, in Forfar. Her funeral will be on Wednesday, August 9, at Alexander Bain Service Rooms, Myre Road, Forfar, at 1 p.m., followed by interment at Newmonthill Cemetery, Forfar and after at Chapter & Verse, Forfar, to which all family and friends are respectfully invited. Family flowers only, but donations may be made to Dementia U.K.
