MACDONALD Peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, at Benvie Court Care Home, Dundee, on Tuesday, November 14, 2023, Avril (nee Stewart), aged 75 (retired Morgan Academy auxiliary nurse), dearly beloved wife of Doug, loving mum of Judith, Kate and the late Richard, dear gran of Riki, Robbi, Ellie and Mia and a much loved sister, sister-in-law, mother-in-law, aunt, cousin and a good friend to many. Funeral service in the service rooms of James Ashton and Son, 1A Cardean Street, on Tuesday, November 28, at 1 p.m., to which all family and friends are respectfully invited. Interment thereafter in the Eastern Cemetery, arriving main Arbroath Road gate, at 1.45 p.m. Family flowers only, please, but donations in lieu, if so desired, can be made at the service rooms, in aid of Alzheimer Scotland. A touch of yellow can be worn at the family's request.
