PHELPS Peacefully, in Royal Victoria Hospital, Dundee, on April 3, 2024, Sheila, beloved wife of Stan, a much loved mum of Richard and grandmother to Rebecca and Ellis. Service to celebrate her life to take place in Dundee Crematorium, on Tuesday, April 16, at 12.30 p.m. All friends are respectfully invited.
