FERGUSON Chris (Arbroath) Carolyn and family would like to express their thanks to all relatives, friends and colleagues for their kind expressions of sympathy following the sad loss of Chris, for all the cards, flowers, texts, calls, visits and support we are truly grateful; special thanks goes to Peter Ferguson, Chris' eldest brother, for leading the funeral with kindness and comfort, as well as Adrian and Jeffrey Ferguson for their parts in the celebration of Chris' life; we would also like to acknowledge the support offered by Chris' employers DC Thomson, and also Courier editor David Clegg and journalist Lindsay Bruce, who spoke at the funeral; our gratitude extends to Andy of George Stewart Funeral Directors, for his guidance and counsel, and to all who paid their last respects at the funeral home and at St Vigeans Cemetery, giving Chris a wonderful send off. The sum of £572 was raised on the day for the hospital and Havilah, St Andrew's Church, Arbroath; finally, we are indebted to everyone involved in Chris' care at the Golden Jubilee National Hospital, Clydebank (ICU2). You were all amazing and will forever hold a special place in our hearts.
