BLAIR Peacefully, at Ivybank House, Falkirk, on Saturday, July 20, 2024, Charlotte, aged 88 years, beloved wife of the late Bob, much loved mum of Sylvia, Linda and the late David, a dear gran of Sharon, Mark and Georgina.
