DALGARNO It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of George, lovingly known as Dod, aged 90, peacefully at home, Parkfield, Little Brechin, on Thursday, October 17, 2024, beloved husband of Maureen, dearly loved dad of Kathleen, George, Brian, Bruce, Robert and Linda, loved father-in-law, much adored 'Grandad Dod' of his grandchildren and great-grandchildren and a good friend to many. Funeral service to which all family and friends are respectfully invited at Edzell Parish Church on Wednesday, October 30, at 12.30 p.m., thereafter private. Family flowers only, please, but donations, if desired, may be made at the church, for Brechin District Nurses, to whom Dod's family are forever grateful for all their care and attention given to Dod and Maureen over the last 3 years.
