HIGGINS Peacefully, at Roxburghe House, Dundee, on October 16, 2024, Billy, beloved partner of Alison, a loving dad, grandad and brother, sadly missed. Funeral service in the service room of Sturrock, Comb and Davidson, 135 South Road, Dundee, DD2 3EP, on Tuesday, November 5, at 10 a.m., to which all are welcome. Interment thereafter in Balgay Cemetery, arriving at the main Glamis Road gate, at 10.45 a.m. Family flowers only, please, but donations can be made, if desired, at the service, for Roxburghe House.
