DOIG (Pittenweem) Peacefully, at Victoria Hospital, Kirkcaldy, on Saturday, January 25, 2025, after an illness borne with courage, George Gordon Doig (Josh), aged 73 years, Ninian Fields, Pittenween, dearly loved husband of Jean (nee Smith), very much loved and loving dad of Sandra and Stuart, a dear father-in-law to Steven and Kimmie, a devoted and proud grandad to Josh, Jamie, Andrew, Sophie, David and Emily, dear brother of Chic and Lorna, brother-in-law of Irene, Isobel and the late Gordon and the late Alex and a dear uncle. Funeral service in Pittenweem Parish Church, on Monday, February 10, 2025, at 12.45 p.m., thereafter to Pittenweem Cemetery, at 1.30 p.m., all friends are respectfully invited. Donations in memory of Gordon may be given for the The Craws Nest Trust Wheelchair Appeal and Anstruther Lifeboat.

Our sincere condolences to family and friends of Gordon on his recent passing.
My wife and I were customers of his for over 20 years and always looked forward to his deliveries in Glenrothes.
Gordon was a lovely man who could brighten up the dullest days. We shall always think of him fondly.
