MILLAR Suddenly, at Ninewells Hospital, on Monday, October 28, 2013, Derek (Windy), of Newburgh, Fife (ex Black Watch, and a serving member of the Military Provost Guarding Service at Lossiemouth), beloved husband and friend of Jenny and a much loved dad to Lauren and Grace, a loving son, brother, grandson, son-in-law, brother-in-law, uncle and great-uncle. A celebration of his life will take place on Tuesday, November 12, at 2 p.m., at Perth Crematorium, to which all family and friends are respectfully invited. Family flowers only, please, but donations in lieu can be made at the Crematorium in aid of the Black Watch Association.
