LOW-MITCHELL Peacefully, at Victoria Hospital, Kirkcaldy, on Thursday, November 14, 2013, Dugald, aged 91 years, of Balcormo Farm, Leven, beloved husband of Jackie, much loved dad of Jennifer and Sandra, and loving gramps of Mitch and Emma. No flowers, please. Funeral private. Memorial service details later.
