COWAN Suddenly, but peacefully, at the Victoria Hospital, Kirkcaldy, on Friday, November 10, 2017, Euphemia (Fay), aged 84 years, beloved wife of the late Pete, much loved mum of Colin and Susan and mother-in-law to Bernadette, a dear grandma to Jennifer and Peter, a friend to many and will be sadly missed by everyone.
